Affordable Geyser Maintenance in Islamabad

Hi All, In Islamabad, there is a slight change in weather, especially at night and in early morning its really very cold outside. It’s very difficult for old people to prepare themselves for Fajar prayer due to cold water in taps. My mother asked me to start the geyser yesterday. I tried a lot but I was unable to start it as it remained un worked for almost 6 months. I am looking for some reasonable solution for geyser maintenance. Any sincere suggestions would be highly appreciated.

@Sadaf, yes there is a slight change in weather in Islamabad and I guess after a rain weather would be surely changed. Usually the geyser repairers charge heavily for maintenance of geysers when it is started in new season.
