Chicken Pita Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
2. Salt 1 tsp
3. Black paper 1 tsp
4. paprika 1 ½ tbsp
5. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
6. Chicken breast pieces 2
7. Garlic 2 tsp
8. hot peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
9. mayonnaise 2 tbsp
10. tomatoes, cubed 2-3 tbsp
11. lemon juice 4 tbsp
12. Oil 4 tbsp
13. cu/var/www/hber, cubed 4 tbsp
14. Lettuce, chopped As req


Method:

1. Marinate chicken in all the above ingredients except vegetables and mayonnaise for about two to three hours.
2. Fry till it becomes tender and crispy. Cut pita bread from the top.
3. Fill it with chicken pieces, vegetables, peri peri sauce and mayonnaise.
