Potato Cheese Balls recipe

ngredients:

Potato 1 kg
Cheese 4-6 slices
Cumin powder 1tsp (zeera powder)
Red chilli (crushed) 1tbsp
Salt as to taste
Baking soda 1/4th tsp
Gram flour (basin) 250gm

Method:

1. Boil potatoes.
2. Peel off the skin of potato and mash it by the help of potato masher.
3. Add salt, red chilli powder, cheese slices, cumin powder.
4. On the other hand, add water in gram flour to make a thick paste, add salt, baking soda, red chilli powder.
5. Leave gram flour paste for 5 minutes.
6. Prepare small balls of mashed potatoes and coat it by paste of gram flour.
7. Put these coated balls in hot wok (karahi) for deep frying.
8. Fry it till golden brown.
9. Serve it with chilli garlic sauce, tomato ketchup or graan sauce.
