Aloo bukhary ka sharbat

Cooked plums 1 kg
Essence of plum one small spoon
Sugar one and half kg
Water 1 liter


Wash plums and add into the vessel and cook them. After 2 or 3 boils take them out to separate peel and seed, again cook with the sugar when the sharbat becomes clear and viscosity remain one third add essence and yellow color according to wish. Sharbat is ready now fil it into dry bottles. Chef Rahat recipe
