Chicken Breadcrumb Fingers Recipe

Ingredients:

boneless chicken breast 2
double cream 8 oz
crushed garlic 4 cloves
chopped green chili's 2
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs (2 cups)
Oil for frying As Req

Method:

Cut the chicken into small strips.
Mix in the double cream, garlic, chopped green chili's and salt with the chicken. Leave for about 5 minutes. Then take out the chicken pieces from the marinade and coat thoroughly with the breadcrumbs.
Fry till chickens cooked. And that's it! Enjoy on its own or with tomatoes sauce (ketchup).

Ready In: 20 minutes. Extra frying time. Servings: 34 Persons
